Easiest process ever and very professional!

Great drop off service. Although on the pick up day they didn't give an approximate pick up time and the driver wasn't very aware of his surroundings. He called to say he was picking up and that my truck was in the way. I had left a pretty big gap and the neighbor's next door vehicle was gone. I had to instruct him over the phone on how to move it back to give him enough room. They need a little driver training.

I checked numerous dumpster rental sites before deciding on Dumpster today. When the dumpster arrived, it was placed exactly where I asked it to be placed. The driver was courteous. I called a a couple hours later because it had rained hard and there was a lot of rain in bottom of dumpster. Although it did not have a plug or drain, they said they would come out and empty the rain out, and give me an extra day. So that is certainly solving the problem and going way beyond expectations. I called because I had received a message about pickup day without the extra day. They let me know right away that it was an automatic message and not to worry about it. They answer your calls and are very courteous and helpful. The price was also $50 cheaper than the places I called. So be sure to check them out next time you need a dumpster. I will need one again. I believe I have a slight horder in this house that I am trying to sell. I am the personal representative. I think that will finally clear it. Thanks again Dumpster today employees.

Great experience. The cost was barely half of what others quoted and you never even have to pick up the phone. The only negative I'd say is the inability to pick a timeframe for pickup. Choosing 7/31, I didn't know they would.ne here first thing. I expected a late day pickup. Ended up not getting stuf into it in time.

The website was easy to order. I liked the discount on the 20 yard dumpster. They dropped the dumpster per my instructions which made it easy to come out of the house door and toss the items. Even with the swing doors on the dumpster. While I was nervous about going over the wait of 2000 lbs. We filled completely up and was charged no extra fees. So if you follow the guidelines of what not to throw into the dumpster and weight. We had no problems. They had great communication as to when they were on the way to drop off and pick up.

Dumpster Today was exceptional. I called in somewhat of an emergency and the young lady was extremely accommodating, fairly priced and helped me right away. She was so fast in her customer service she helped solve our trash problem faster than we did. The material we were going to trash was taken by an another person we contacted before contacting dumpsters today. As a result we didn’t use the service after all. However dumpster today went to the top of my list for future dumpsters! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
