Great experience. The cost was barely half of what others quoted and you never even have to pick up the phone. The only negative I'd say is the inability to pick a timeframe for pickup. Choosing 7/31, I didn't know they would.ne here first thing. I expected a late day pickup. Ended up not getting stuf into it in time.

Dumpsters were delivered and picked up on time.

The website was easy to order. I liked the discount on the 20 yard dumpster. They dropped the dumpster per my instructions which made it easy to come out of the house door and toss the items. Even with the swing doors on the dumpster. While I was nervous about going over the wait of 2000 lbs. We filled completely up and was charged no extra fees. So if you follow the guidelines of what not to throw into the dumpster and weight. We had no problems. They had great communication as to when they were on the way to drop off and pick up.

Great company great price and right on time

Dumpster Today was exceptional. I called in somewhat of an emergency and the young lady was extremely accommodating, fairly priced and helped me right away. She was so fast in her customer service she helped solve our trash problem faster than we did. The material we were going to trash was taken by an another person we contacted before contacting dumpsters today. As a result we didn’t use the service after all. However dumpster today went to the top of my list for future dumpsters! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Id give Dumpster Today 10 stars if i could! Amazing service start to finish. No hidden fees or extra surcharges. Just a straight forward price that was wayyyy cheaper than anywhere else (I called at least 8 places checking pricing). Also dropped off & picked up on time with no hassle. I will absolutely do business with them again if the need comes up in the future!

I am giving them 5 stars because even though there was some confusion with the dumpster drop off ETA, the customer service rep I spoke with over the phone was very kind and courteous. She explained the issue and within 10min of speaking with her I received a text message from the driver and we had the dumpster in our driveway within the hour. They were amazing! Also, when they came to pick up the dumpster I didnt realize I parked too close to the dumpster and they couldn't remove it, but the driver was very patient and made multiple attempts to contact me. I was able to move my vehicle and they took the dumpster away very quickly. Every staff member is very professional, kind and very considerate of my needs. All of which I truly appreciated. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a dumpster service.
