From the start, founder Chad McKenzie knew he wanted to run an easy to-work-with company that simply delivered dumpsters on-time and with reliability. Coming from a background in emergency restoration, he knew personally that customers were tired of being held up in their projects and that communication was not a strong suit of the dumpster industry.
